That’s so cool that you met Stanley Tucci! I’m also glad to hear that he was nice; it’s always so disappointing to hear that a favorite celeb isn’t that impressive in real life.

That timpano looks amazing! And I totally agree about making fresh pasta. I make it so infrequently that it seems like a pain to teach myself to do it all over again, but it’s always worth it.

Never heard of timpano and may not remember that name, but I do hope to work up to making it! Looks like an Italian food lover’s (like myself) dream! Thank you for the video!
