This was so alive!…with humor and heartwarming (like bread warming) moments! Still trying to understand Frank…but in time! It takes awhile for skills to a-rise…admiring yours!
OMG Kim! That was such a fun read! I'm hooked on your humor, and now all I need is some sourdough - my fave! My friends and I used to pass around the Amish friendship bread starters, lovingly attending to our own and then setting aside a batch of starter for a friend . . . and on and on it goes. It was a relationship, and it was delicious. You may have inspired me to resurrect my sourdough friendships! Thank you! 😉
You're killing me with the puns. I tried sourdough for a while -- my starter was called Ethel and she made some nice loaves. Alas, I was the only one eating them so decided it probably would be better to give Ethel to the compost heap. Also, I'm lazy and sourdough is just so labour intensive. :D

I loved this so much! BREAD! The best! I had a conversation recently about how bread week is my favourite week on GBBO. Mmm mmm!
This made me drool: "where I dipped warm, pillowy pita bread into creamy hummus topped with parsley, olives, and smoked paprika."
xoxo Thank you!
