You skipped the vegetarian stage. That’s when we met you. G forgot to tell us you didn’t do meat, luckily I had made a vegetable/ pasta dish. I pretended it was especially for you ! Whew!
Your Dutch baby looks suspiciously like Yorkshire Pudding....it has the same ingredients anyway...a staple of the Sunday dinners of my childhood. Legend has it, it was originally invented to pre-fill hungry bellies so that the meat, potatoes and veg would stretch further. :)

I thought the same! When our kids were home we had big Sunday roast beef dinners - with Yorkshire pudding! Looked just like Kim’s beautiful Dutch Baby
YES! Same here! I'm a vegetarian now but I still love my Yorkshire pud :)
